6. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

All personal information we collect will be stored by our cloud hosting provider on servers located in secure facilities and protected by industry-standard protocols and procedures designed to ensure the security of such information, such as firewalls and data encryption. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee 100% the security of our systems. If any information under our control is stolen due to a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, as appropriate, notify the individual whose information may have been stolen and take other steps following any applicable laws and regulations.

7. HOW DOES CHATTING WORK IN OUR GAMES?

Our games provide in-game chat functionality. However, it is not necessary to participate in chats, as they are only available to the members of teams and co-ops to facilitate their interaction. Teams and co-ops can be closed or open to everyone.

Maintaining a safe and secure environment for this communication is one of our primary principles.

CHAT AND SAFETY

When communicating with other players remotely, it is only possible to send and receive text messages. However, no technical measure exists that can prevent messages from being copied, shared, and posted outside of the game chats.

This is why we warn our players against sharing any of their personal information or their children’s in these chats.

Even though we're confident that our players are generally friendly and polite, any community in the world may contain a number of people who deliberately insult others.

This game has a system that filters profanity and other offensive phrases when players create their teams and co-ops in various games and chat with others. However, despite our best efforts, certain players sometimes find a way around that filter system. If you come across an offensive word, please take a screenshot of it and report it to our Tech Support.

In Piggy Kingdom you can describe the situation and send us an email to us. When we confirm this situation, we will delete the corresponding information and deal with the relevant users accordingly. Team leaders are also able to remove players from their teams for using offensive language.

You cannot delete your own messages in the chat, but you can delete someone else's message by tapping the Report and Delete button. To do so, just tap the message you want to delete. Please note that the message is only deleted for you. If three or more players report the same message, it is deleted for all the players in the chat.

If your child has encountered a situation in a chat that is insulting or uncomfortable, we advise them to close the game and speak to you or another responsible adult.

A player can also leave any team anytime in case anything or anyone bothers them, and can also report rude or unfair behaviour.

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

Our services are global in nature, so your data can be transferred anywhere in the world. As different countries may have different data protection laws than your own, we take steps to ensure that there are adequate safeguards to protect your data as described in this Privacy Policy. Appropriate safeguards we may use include standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and other legal safeguards.

9. DATA RETENTION

We will retain your data for as long as your account is active or necessary to provide you with services. For example, we may periodically de-identify unused gaming accounts, and we may periodically review and de-identify unnecessary data.

We retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to provide you with services unless we are required by law to delete it or we accept your request to delete the information. We will also retain and use your personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

10. RIGHT OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, DELETION, AND RESTRICTION

Being a user of our Services, you also have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data, to object to how we use or share your data, and to restrict how we use or share your data.

In some circumstances, if the exercise of these rights limits our ability to process personal data (such as in the case of a deletion request), we may no longer be able to provide you with our products and services or engage with you in the same manner. You may be able to exercise these rights by contacting us at piggykingdom.support@olleyo.com.

10.1 Right of Access

Access to personal data: You have the right to access your personal data that Piggy Kingdom uses.

10.2 Right of Correction or Deletion

Correction or deletion of personal data: You have the right to ask Piggy Kingdom to correct or complete your personal data if it is wrong or incomplete. You may also have the right to ask Dream Games to delete your personal data when certain conditions apply.

There are two ways you can delete your account and data:

10.3 Managing Personal Information We Receive From Third-Party Applications / Platforms And From Your Mobile Device

You can manage the information we receive from third-party applications or platforms and from your mobile device as follows:

Once we receive your information from a third-party application or platform or from your mobile device, that information is processed by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

10.4 Opting Out of Promotional Communications from Olleyo

10.5 Opting Out of Third-Party Behavioral Advertising

10.6 Account deactivation

Should you wish to deactivate your account completely, you can disassociate your Facebook account from our mobile games and delete our games from your mobile devices. Please note that if you completely deactivate your account, all your progress in our games and any unspent virtual items will be lost, and we may not be able to restore them in the future.

We will respond to all requests within a reasonable time frame. If you have an unresolved privacy or data usage issue that we have not resolved satisfactorily, you can also contact your local data protection authority in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom to complain about the unresolved issue.

If you wish to exercise any of the above data subject rights, please use the support options described in "Contact Us" below. We will respond to all requests following applicable law. To protect your privacy, we may also take additional steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, such as asking you to provide us with purchase receipts or other account information, asking you to associate your email address with your gaming account link, or asking you to answer questions about your activity on our Services. Once you have verified your identity, you may also designate an authorized agent to exercise your rights on your behalf, as required by applicable law, by providing the agent's contact information to our customer support staff.

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 2018 ("COPPA") provides the privacy policy that website operators must include, when and how to obtain the consent of parents or guardians, and the responsibilities that operators must protect the privacy and safety of children, including restricting sales to children under the age of 13.

So these services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or other ages as required by local law), nor does Olleyo knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 (or under 16 in some EU jurisdictions) using our games, please contact us at piggykingdom.support@olleyo.com. If we can identify your child, we will delete your child's personal information unless you provide us with verifiable consent for your child to continue to use our games.

Please note that for some of our Services we may use a higher age limit (such as 16) than described in the above two paragraphs. We do this to provide a safe game experience for our players and to protect Young Players.

12. FOR CALIFORNIA USERS

The following section applies only to California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") provides additional rights to know, delete, and opt-out, and out and requires "businesses" that collect or disclose personal information to provide notice and a means to exercise these rights.

The right to access, learn about, object to or delete your information

You may have the right to confirm that we are processing and accessing your personal data. If you have any questions about the processing, or you would like to know more about the personal data we process about you, you are welcome to contact us at any time and we will provide you with more information. If you choose to object to our processing activities, you may not be able to use all of our services. You also have the right not to be discriminated against in exercising any of your CCPA rights.

right to correction

You may have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate information we store. You may also have the right to fill in incomplete personal data, including by providing supplementary declarations.

Right to restrict processing activities

You may have the right to restrict our processing activities. If you choose to restrict our processing activities in connection with the provision of our services, you may not be able to use them.

right to data portability

You may have the right to request that we send your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit this data to other controllers.

The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

If you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data, you can always contact us to resolve the issue. However, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Right to withdraw consent

If we process your personal data based on your consent, you may have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before the withdrawal.

We do not sell your personal information and will never sell it.

13. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE GDPR

You are entitled to obtain information from us on how we handle your personal data, to see copies of all personal data held by us, and to request that your personal data be amended, corrected, or deleted from our systems. You can also limit, restrict or object to the processing of your data.

We do not carry out any decision-making based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

If you gave us your consent to use your data, e.g. so that we can send you marketing emails or display personalized ads, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Please note that even if you withdraw your consent, we can still rely on the consent you gave as the lawful basis for processing your personal data before you withdrew your consent.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we will post the most recent Privacy Policy on this page. Please come back to this page from time to time to be sure to stay up-to-date with the latest version. The new policy is effective from the date we publish it.
