1. TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Thank you for using the services provided by Piggy Kingdom and Olleyo.

The terms of use govern your relationship with the German company Code Dish GmbH.

Regarding your use of Olleyo's games, websites, and related services ("Services"), including all information, text, graphics, software, and services available to you. By using this site and the services provided on it, downloading any software or browsing the site, downloading any of Olleyo's mobile games, or playing the web version of the game from the app store, you accept the following terms of use. If you do not agree to all of these terms of use, please do not use this site and/or download and/or play any of our games.

2. CHANGES IN TERMS AND SERVICES

Olleyo reserves the right to revise the Terms of Use at any time, and the revised Terms of Use shall be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Please review the latest Terms of Use to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing your use of this site and Olleyo games.

Olleyo reserves the right to change or update the website and its game content or its format at any time without notice. Olleyo reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Site for any reason.

These Terms of Service may be changed at any time. Notice of any changes will be deemed to have been given and effective on the date posted on our app. Changes will be effective on the date of publication. If you continue to use our applications or software, no further notice is required.

3. ACCESS AND USE OF THE SERVICES

By accessing or using the Software, including browsing any application, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You may also be required to register an account with the Software ("Account"). Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license (no sublicense) to install and use only one copy of the software as machine-executable on your personal computer or mobile device Object code form, for your personal, non-commercial use only, and not for the benefit of any third party.

4. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES, RESOURCES, OR ADVERTISING 

Our Services may feature advertisements from us or other companies.  Our Privacy Policy explains what information we share with advertisers.  Please read it carefully.  

Sometimes we provide links in our games or on the Services to other third-party companies’ websites or resources.  We provide these links only as a convenience and we do not endorse or accept any responsibility for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources or links displayed on such websites. We are not liable for any claim relating to any content, goods, and/or services of third parties, and you acknowledge sole responsibility for, and assume all risk arising from, your use of any third-party websites or resources.  

Please also note that we do not control linked third-party websites or resources and they may collect data or ask you to provide them with personal or other information, or they may automatically collect information from you.  When you use these third-party sites and services, the third-party company may (or may not) ask you for permission to access your information and content. We are not responsible for these other companies’ content, business practices, or privacy policies, or for how they collect, use, or share the information they get from you. 

5. USER’S AGE

If you are under the age of 13, you may not create an account or access the Services; you should restrict use by minors; you will deny access to children under the age of 13. You are solely responsible for the unauthorized use of the Service by minors and the use of your credit card or another payment instrument by minors. If a user is under 18 and over 13, only a parent or legal guardian may open an account for them, and the parent or legal guardian must agree to this Agreement and Peak's Privacy Policy. Olleyo takes the privacy of children very seriously. If you have any reason to believe that the personal information of anyone under the age of 13 has been submitted to Olleyo, please contact us immediately and provide us with the necessary information to delete it.

6. COPYRIGHT

All materials displayed or performed on the software (including, without limitation, any games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogues, catchphrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, Audiovisual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation, in-game chat records, character profile information, records of games played using the company's game client, and the company's game client and server software) are protected by copyright. You shall comply with all copyright notices, trademark rules, information, and restrictions contained in any content accessed through the Software and may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, upload, display, license, sell or otherwise exploit any Content that is not yours or submitted by third parties or other proprietary rights:

(i) without the prior express written consent of the respective owners

(ii) in any way that violates any Third-Party rights

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, copy, base, distribute, perform, display or in any way exploit derivative works of any software, in whole or in part.

7、YOUR OBLIGATIONS

• You agree not to harass or threaten other players;
• You agree not to use any harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially, or ethnically offensive language;
• You agree not to use an alternative spelling to circumvent or attempt to circumvent the content and language restrictions listed above.
• Post and/or make available to the public any other user’s personal information in the Games and/or any game-related services without that user’s express written consent, though users may communicate their own personal information;
• You agree not to violate the contractual, personal, intellectual property, or other rights of any party, or promote or constitute illegal activity;
• You agree not to use disable, interfere with, or circumvent any security feature of the Games or any feature that restricts or enforces limitations on the use of or access to the Games or Content

8、RIGHTS TO CONTENT

When accessing the Site or using the Service, you agree to obey the local law, general principles of law and to respect the intellectual property rights of others. 

Your use of the Service and the Site is at all times governed by and subject to laws regarding copyright ownership and use of intellectual property.

You agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise distribute any information or content (collectively, "Content") in violation of any third party's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. You agree to abide by laws regarding copyright ownership and use of intellectual property, and you shall be solely responsible for any violations of any relevant laws and for any infringements of third-party rights caused by any Content you provide or transmit, or that is provided or transmitted using your User ID. 

The burden of proving that any Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights rests solely with you. Additionally, in the event that you become aware of or reasonably suspect any infringement of the copyrights or trademarks or Company or any third parties, occurring on any Company Site, you will immediately notify Company to report such infringement. 

You agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise distribute any Content that

 (a) is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or threatening;

 (b) violates any applicable local, state, national, or foreign law or regulation under chat sessions. 

Company reserves the right to terminate your receipt, transmission, or other distribution of any such material using the Service, and, if applicable, to delete any such material from its servers.

Company intends to cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials or agencies in the investigation of any violation of these Terms of Service or of any applicable laws.

At our discretion, Piggy Kingdom representatives or technology may monitor certain Content in the Games, though it cannot and makes no undertaking to monitor all Content. We may edit, refuse to post, or remove any Content posted in the Games or in any Games-related sources that is deemed objectionable or violates these Terms or the spirit of these Terms at our sole discretion and determination. If you encounter something you find objectionable and in violation of these Terms, you can bring it to our attention by contacting us. You understand and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any Content generated by users of the Games. This implies that users, not us, are entirely responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and/or usefulness of all the Content they upload, communicate, transmit, and/or otherwise make available via our Games and related services.

You acknowledge and agree that Piggy Kingdom may use built-in tracking features to obtain information regarding your use of the Games in order to improve the services we provide, and agree that such information is deemed to be Content for all intents and purposes under these Terms.
